NOTE: I get messages asking me why I post these types of recipes while I’m following a zero carb animal kingdom only food plan. My answer is because I’m following ZC, but I bet you’re not! Just because I eat a certain way does not mean I have to limit myself to sharing only meat recipes. I’m not the carb police! lol

Easy Frosted Reindeer Brownies Recipe
INGREDIENTS:
1 box (18.3 oz) Betty Crocker fudge brownie mix
(plus water, vegetable oil and eggs called for on brownie mix box)
2/3 cup Betty Crocker Rich & Creamy chocolate frosting (from 16-oz container)
9 miniature pretzel twists, broken in half
18 Betty Crocker Candy Shop candy eyeballs
9 Junior Mints chocolate candies
Darlene’s Tip: You do not have to use brand name ingredients. Just use the image for inspiration and use whatever you have on hand for decorations.
DIRECTIONS:
Step 1: Heat oven to 350°F. Line 13×9-inch pan with foil, letting foil hang 2 inches over sides of pan. Spray foil with cooking spray. Make brownie batter as directed on box. Spread in pan.
Step 2: Bake 22 to 25 minutes or until toothpick inserted 2 inches from side of pan comes out clean. Transfer to cooling rack to cool completely in pan, about 1 hour. Freeze in pan 30 minutes.
Step 3: Using foil to lift, remove brownies from pan, and peel foil away. Cut out 9 gingerbread men using 3-inch gingerbread man cookie cutter. Gently push brownie out of cutter each time. Set aside end pieces for snacking. If cutter gets sticky, wipe clean with damp paper towel before cutting again.
Step 4: For each brownie, turn so head is pointed down to look like reindeer face. Using knife, spread heaping tablespoon frosting over top of brownie. Attach halved pretzel twists for antlers, 2 candy eyeballs for eyes, 1 Junior Mint™ candy for nose.
