What I Ate Yesterday – Day 15

Yesterday – Thursday 12/1 – Day 15

When I got up, I had my cup of coffee with heavy whipping cream. I do this every day.

At 4:00pm:  I had something a bit different.  I had a meat mix that consisted of ground beef, sliced ham and turkey. No bacon!  The ground beef was cooked in a pan with butter. The cooked ham and cooked turkey was added and heated with the ground beef.

At 6:30 I ate something different again.  I ate 5 eggs cooked in a bit of butter along with 4 very thinly slices of deli ham which I also cooked in the butter.  I also had some deli roast beef with swiss cheese rolls and a swig of light cream. I’m overly stuffed and going to bed early to cry myself to sleep. Very sad tonight.

Around 11:00pm, I suddenly got hungry so I ate more roast beef.  That’s the thing I love about this woe (way of eating).  As soon as you are hungry, you must eat.  Meat. Lots of it.  When I was done, I had another swig of light cream.

Food that entered my mouth yesterday:  eggs, turkey (dark meat), ground beef, deli ham, deli roast beef, swiss cheese, butter, cream (heavy and light), coffee, water.

You are free to follow my progress/failures and you can even disagree with what I do. Just remember that I will get the last word because it’s my blog, my channel, my life! That’s the new me talking! (I think I’m growing balls! Let me look… yes, I see one starting to grow!)
