What I Ate Yesterday – Day 19

Yesterday – Monday 12/5 – Day 19

I had my daily coffee with heavy cream when I woke up. Same old, same old.

At 1:00pm, I ate some slices of beef cooked in butter.  I don’t usually eat that early but I had a doctor appointment at 1:45pm and wanted to eat before going out (details about that appointment in Tag Along tonight). I didn’t eat too much as I wanted to feast when I got back.

At 4:30pm, I feasted!  I cooked the wonderful thick pork chops I got at Roger’s in this tag along, one for me, one for my mother. She ate just the pork chop (ummm… only meat? Where’d she get that idea? lol) and I had a lovely side of ground pork, ground beef and bacon ends (photo above).  All cooked in butter.  That’s a juicy sauce made up of bacon fat and butter that the meat is sitting in up above. Not urine. lol  I ate more than half of the chop (using hands only, no knives or forks in the cave) and also a bit more than half of the loose meat. I got full. I saved the rest for later.

At 6:00pm I had a cup of decafe with heavy cream.

At 8:00pm I ate the rest of my pork chop and also more of that loose meat.  I made a big batch of that meat so I can have it when I want.  Ate that cold while sitting in front of the TV. Who needs chips when you have meat!?!  I finished that off with a swig of light cream.

At some point, well after midnight, I grabbed more of the cold loose meat mix and ate until I was satisfied. Had another gulp of light cream and hit the hay like a bear ready to hibernate. Do love!

Food that entered my mouth yesterday:  beef (ground, rump roast), pork (ground, chop, bacon), cream (heavy and light), butter, coffee (reg and decafe), water.

You are free to follow my progress/failures and you can even disagree with what I do. Just remember that I will get the last word because it’s my blog, my channel, my life! That’s the new me talking! (I think I’m growing balls! Let me look… yes, I see one starting to grow!)
