Yesterday – Friday 12/9 – Day 23
When I got up, I had my daily coffee with heavy cream. I had a tall one yesterday, but very, very weak. I actually tried just hot water with HWC but it was too blah. So for now, I’m sticking to weak coffee, just for that added flavor. It’s a habit I’m not ready to quit yet because I really need help waking up on most days. But I bet that will change over time!
At 1:30pm, I sliced up more beef shoulder roast and cooked that in a pan with butter. Then I added more of the meat mix I made the other day (you can watch me cook it here) to warm it up. Once again, I did not feel the need to have extra butter on my plate, so I didn’t add any. I ate almost every bit of what you see above.
Note: I was super full of energy yesterday after that wonderful meal, and I got all kinds of stuff done around the house! This is so exciting for me! I hope so much this lasts. I swear, it’s like I was high on life! And as a reminder, I do NOT snack at all. Not at all. Nothing enters my mouth other than what I post here. I don’t even taste stuff that I might make for my mother. No finger licking unless I’m eating meat with my hands like a proper cave girl!
At 9:30pm, I got hungry. I can go from satisfied to hungry in a matter of monents! So I fixed another plate exactly like you see above, and once again, I ate almost every bit of it. Then I had a shot of HWC with a light cream floater and downed that like it was tequila.
Food that entered my mouth yesterday: beef (ground, shoulder roast), pork (tenderloin, bacon), cream (heavy and light), butter, coffee, water.

You are free to follow my progress/failures and you can even disagree with what I do. Just remember that I will get the last word because it’s my blog, my channel, my life! That’s the new me talking! (I think I’m growing balls! Let me look… yes, I see one starting to grow!)
