REMINDER: I will be weighing myself for you on January 1st, so don’t forgot to come back for that! I’m not in this for the weight loss, but I know many are curious (me too) so I will be reporting my weight for curious minds!

Yesterday – Saturday 12/10 – Day 24
I had my usual cup of coffee when I got up with HWC.
At 1:30pm, I grabbed a bag of frozen cooked meat mix, leftovers that I froze just before Thanksgiving. I heated that up in a pan with water and butter. It consisted of a variety of meats which I list below. I also added some ground pork to that mix and some rotisserie chicken. I love mixed meat! And I added butter on top as seen above. I ate all the chicken but then only a bit more than half of the mixed meat. I was satisfied.
At 3:00pm I had decafe with HWC.
At 5:30pm, I cooked some slices of shoulder roast in butter and sprinkled them with pepper. I cooked them rare. I love rare beef (I love raw too, more about that later). Not sure how much I ate because I don’t keep track of anything like that, but it was a plateful. I eat when I’m hungry and eat until I’m satisfied.
Note: There is a difference between eating until “satisfied” and eating until “full.” I eat until satisfied, even if I’m full. That means that my body might be physically full, but for whatever reason, maybe from years of habit, my brain wants me to just keep eating. So I do. I don’t care if I hurt from being too stuffed. I don’t care if I might gain weight. I trust that both my body and brain will eventually send me better signals as to when I’m actually full. Better to eat too much than not enough. It’s brain food! lol
At 9:00pm, I got hungry again. I cooked 6 eggs in butter and also cooked more slices of shoulder roast. I ate 4 of the eggs and almost all the meat on my plate. I had a massive appetite yesterday!
Food that entered my mouth yesterday: beef (ground, shoulder, eye round and rump), pork (ground, bacon), chicken, eggs, cream (heavy and light), butter, coffee (reg and decafe), pepper, water.

This is the facebook group I’m in. It’s a public group so you can read the posts without joining.
I will be talking about this new way of life often on my Youtube channel, so please subscribe and you won’t miss a thing!
This is the article that I stumbled upon by Kelly Hogan which got me immensely excited. And this is Kelly’s blog.
PLEASE READ: Please remember that it’s MY CHOICE to eat the way I want. If you think this is unhealthy, know I’m not as concerned with physical health. I’m more concerned with my mental health. I’m on a mission to feel better mentally… without cravings!!! I’m willing to test this so you don’t have to! But what works for me might not work for you. I’m not doing this to lose weight. I’m doing this because I’m convinced that I’m overly sensitive to carbs and that I must stay away from them if there is any chance of me feeling better. I’m eating from the animal kingdom only, like the complete opposite of vegan. I know this upsets many, but I promise I won’t eat your pets. You are free to follow my progress/failures and you can even disagree with what I do. Just remember that I will get the last word because it’s my blog, my channel, my life! That’s the new me talking! (I think I’m growing balls! Let me look… yes, I see one starting to grow!)
