What I Ate Yesterday – Day 25

Yesterday – Sunday 12/11 – Day 25

I had my usual cup of coffee when I got up with HWC.


At 1:30pm, I cooked some bacon ends, ground beef and slices of shoulder roast, all cooked in butter.  I added some water so I could have lots of broth. I also heated up more of my rotisserie chicken. I just add it to the same pan and let it soak up some of the buttery bacon grease juice. So good!  I ate almost all that you see in the plate above.

At 5:30pm, I ate more of the meat like you see above (I had cooked a big batch).  This time I ate it cold, as I sometimes do. Just ate straight out of the container until I was full.

At 6:00pm, I had a cup of decafe with my HWC.

At 9:00pm, I heated up more of the same meat as above and also more chicken. I also added the eggs that I had leftover from the night before (about 2 eggs).

Around 9:00pm, I had my usual shot of heavy whipping cream topped with a bit of light cream. That’s my nightcap!


Food that entered my mouth yesterday:  beef (ground, shoulder roast), bacon, chicken, eggs, cream (heavy and light), butter, coffee (reg and decafe), water.

You are free to follow my progress/failures and you can even disagree with what I do. Just remember that I will get the last word because it’s my blog, my channel, my life! That’s the new me talking! (I think I’m growing balls! Let me look… yes, I see one starting to grow!)
