What I Ate Yesterday – Day 29

LAUGHTER ALERT!!!  Last night I recorded a video where I chat about my first 4 weeks of eating from the animal kingdom only, then I read some of the comments I got about how I’m killing myself eating this way. I also read my replies and I nearly died laughing!  So yeah, maybe this plan will be my killer! I’m going to die laughing about it! lol

Yesterday – Thursday 12/15 – Day 29

I had my usual cup of coffee with hwc when I got up.

At 1:30pm, I devoured about half of the food you see above. This includes (start with sausage link at top and go clockwise) a hot sausage link, sliced beef, pork chop, ground beef, shrimp, bacon ends, chicken, all cooked in butter with the bacon fat and butter mixture poured over the top.

NOTE: The question I get asked the most is why I mix so many different meats on my plate.  Answer: it’s what I love. Just because I’m eating only meat does not mean I can’t enjoy variety. And let me tell you, this shit is goooood!

At 6:00pm, I ate the rest of what was left on my plate plus I added the rest that did not make it to my plate for lunch.  So I ended up eating a big plate full of meat.

At 11:00pm, I munched on my homemade “deli” roast beef. Gotta say, it’s not like deli bought.  But the price is right, so I will keep experimenting with cooking my own.

NOTE:  I don’t remember having my usual swig of cream before bed, but maybe I did and forgot.  Or maybe I did earlier in the day. Let’s just assume that I did.

Food that entered my mouth yesterday:  hot sausage, sliced beef, pork chop, ground beef, shrimp, bacon ends, chicken, homemade roast beef, butter, light cream, heavy whipping cream, coffee, salt, pepper, lots of water.

I’m doing this because I’m convinced that I’m overly sensitive to carbs and that I must stay away from them if there is any chance of me feeling better. I’m eating from the animal kingdom only, like the complete opposite of vegan. I know this upsets many, but I promise I won’t eat your pets. You are free to follow my progress/failures and you can even disagree with what I do. Just remember that I will get the last word because it’s my blog, my channel, my life! That’s the new me talking! (I think I’m growing balls! Let me look… yes, I see one starting to grow!)
