What I Ate Yesterday – Day 30

FOLLOW ME ON PINTEREST:  I will be starting some boards for this way of life, so please follow me!  I’m just getting started on Pinterest because I generally hate it (LOL) but I must go along with the times and get my ass on over there!  Please follow me! (I already said that)

Yesterday – Friday 12/16 – Day 30

I had my usual cup of coffee with hwc when I got up.

NOTE: Sandy Pro and I went out for a girl day adventure so I did not eat until late in the day. I really was not all that hungry. Funny how when you are out and about and you have no cravings, you just don’t even care to eat.

At 4:30pm, I fixed myself a meal with something new!  I cooked some haddock (that I bought in this tag along) in butter and ate that with my usual mix of meat.  I love haddock!  I don’t usually buy it because of the price. Also, my father often brought home haddock after a day on the ocean (or we’d purposely go out to catch some), so it was always free for us. I hate to pay for something that we once got for free! But now I’m willing to pay for it. And I will be buying it often!  Oh, I ate every bit of what was on my plate above.

At 5:30, I had a decafe with hwc (that I picked up in this tag along).

At 10:00pm, I did not think I’d get hungry again after my meal, but I did.  However, I was not hungry for meat, so I cooked 6 eggs in butter and devoured that.  But guess what, still hungry. Eggs do not fill me up, so I must remember to always eat meat first or to only have eggs as a side dish with meat.  I took out my cold rotisserie chicken and ate some of that.  And chicken does not fill me up like beef. lol  Beef is the best!!!  I should have cooked some.

After my egg and chicken meal, I had a shot of heavy whipping cream topped with light cream and hit the hay.

Food that entered my mouth yesterday:  haddock, pork chop, ground beef, shrimp, bacon ends, eggs, chicken, butter, light cream, heavy whipping cream, coffee, salt, pepper, lots of water.

I’m doing this because I’m convinced that I’m overly sensitive to carbs and that I must stay away from them if there is any chance of me feeling better. I’m eating from the animal kingdom only, like the complete opposite of vegan. I know this upsets many, but I promise I won’t eat your pets. You are free to follow my progress/failures and you can even disagree with what I do. Just remember that I will get the last word because it’s my blog, my channel, my life! That’s the new me talking! (I think I’m growing balls! Let me look… yes, I see one starting to grow!)
