What I Ate Yesterday – Day 31

Yesterday – Saturday 12/17 – Day 31

I had my usual cup of coffee with hwc when I got up.

At 1:30pm, I ate almost all of what you see in the plate above.  In fact, there was so little left that I tossed it outside for my wildlife critters who like to visit.  My body was calling out for ground beef big time, so I cooked a bunch and added a few slices of beef plus my bacon ends. Then I had a lovely pork chop on the side.

At 8:30, I got hungry again. I opted for more slices of beef, cooked rare in butter.  I’m into adding a bit of salt and pepper lately.  My tastes are constantly changing! Ate a plateful of that beef then finished my meal with a swig of hwc and light cream.

At 11:00pm, I was hungry again!  Even with all that meat from earlier, it’s like my belly felt empty, growling even. That might have been just digestion sounds, but I felt hungry so I ate.  I had even more slices of beef cooked in butter. Rare.  Delish!

At 1:30am, yup, hungry again!  WTF?  lol  So like a good cavegirl, I ate again!  This time I had more of the ground beef and bacon mix that I cooked earlier. I had quite a lot left over, a tall container full, at least 2 cups worth or more. I heated that up and ate it all!  I don’t think there’s a chance in hell I’ll ever lose weight this way. lol  But as long as my depression is in check and my cravings are at bay, I’m sticking with it!  I finished that off with another swig of cream and lots of water. (I drink lots of water throughout the day).

Food that entered my mouth yesterday:  ground beef, sliced beef, pork chop, bacon ends, butter, light cream, heavy whipping cream, coffee, salt, pepper, lots of water.

I’m doing this because I’m convinced that I’m overly sensitive to carbs and that I must stay away from them if there is any chance of me feeling better. I’m eating from the animal kingdom only, like the complete opposite of vegan. I know this upsets many, but I promise I won’t eat your pets. You are free to follow my progress/failures and you can even disagree with what I do. Just remember that I will get the last word because it’s my blog, my channel, my life! That’s the new me talking! (I think I’m growing balls! Let me look… yes, I see one starting to grow!)
