What I Ate Yesterday – Day 36

READING MATERIAL:   Catch up on some of the posts from the public facebook group I’m in, Zeroing In On Health.  Please don’t request to join this group unless you are serious about starting this way of life and are ready to start it now, not tomorrow, not after the holidays, not after eating all the carbs that remain in your house, but now. lol  The group gets many requests to join and there is now a process in place that allows the admin to ask questions of potential members before letting them join (read Charles’ post for more on that). Yesterday – Thursday 12/22 – Day 36 – 5 Weeks Completed!

I had my usual cup of coffee with hwc when I got up.

At 4:30pm, I ate what you see above.  This time, I didn’t feel like adding bacon.  It was just chicken, sliced beef (from this shopping trip), ground beef and shrimp (from this shopping trip).  I ate at least 3/4 of what you see in the photo, including all the chicken.  Oh, this was all cooked in butter, of course.

At 5:00pm, I had a decafe with HWC to finish off my meal.

At 9:00am, I ate about a pound total of deli roast beef and deli turkey breast. I like to take a thin slice of each, stack them and roll it up.  So yummers!

At 1:00am, I ate more of the same deli meat, has a swig of light cream then went back to bed.

Food that entered my mouth yesterday:  chicken, beef slices, ground beef, shrimp, butter, deli roast beef, deli turkey breast, light cream, heavy whipping cream, coffee, salt, pepper, lots of water.

I’m doing this because I’m convinced that I’m overly sensitive to carbs and that I must stay away from them if there is any chance of me feeling better. I’m eating from the animal kingdom only, like the complete opposite of vegan. I know this upsets many, but I promise I won’t eat your pets. You are free to follow my progress/failures and you can even disagree with what I do. Just remember that I will get the last word because it’s my blog, my channel, my life! That’s the new me talking! (I think I’m growing balls! Let me look… yes, I see one starting to grow!)
