What I Ate Yesterday – Day 40

Yesterday – Monday 12/26 – Day 40

I had my usual cup of coffee with hwc when I got up.  I do this pretty much every single day.

At 3:00pm, I ate beef!  I had some slices of top round cooked rare plus some ground beef.  I’ve been on a beef kick lately!  As always, it’s cooked in butter.  I ate everything in my plate.

At 3:30pm, I finished off my meal with a decafe with heavy whipping cream.

At 6:30pm, I had more beef.  Just slices this time, cooked rare in butter.

At 9:30pm, I had a nice swig of cream.  Please remember that I drink lots of water throughout the day. The cream is just so satisfying for when I want something other than water.  But cream is not optimal if trying to lose weight. I’m not trying to lose weight, so I am fine with daily gulps of cream.  It’s part of the animal kingdom, so it is allowed, just not optimal.

At Midnight, I got out of bed and cooked some more slices of beef, rare, in butter.  I’m quite the beefy girl! lol  And I had another swig of cream. Back to bed I went!

Food that entered my mouth yesterday:  sliced beef, ground beef, butter, light cream, heavy whipping cream, coffee, salt, pepper, lots of water.

You are free to follow my progress/failures and you can even disagree with what I do. Just remember that I will get the last word because it’s my blog, my channel, my life! That’s the new me talking! (I think I’m growing balls! Let me look… yes, I see one starting to grow!)
