What I Ate Yesterday – Day 42 – 6 Weeks ZC

6 WEEKS OF MEAT – Yesterday marked the end of 6 full weeks of eating ZC, meaning no plants at all. I have every day documented here on my blog so you can always see exactly what I eat.  Many of you want to know how much I eat and I always remind you that quantity does not matter.  There is no counting, no measuring… none at all.  Just eat meat, drink water, get rest.  Simple as that!  Eat whenever you feel hungry and eat until you are satisfied.  My mental health has never felt better!  You can read my post in the Zeroing In On Health public facebook group here.  In that post, I talk about some of the benefits I’ve gotten eating this way.

Yesterday – Wednesday 12/28 – Day 42

I had my usual cup of coffee with hwc when I got up.  I do this pretty much every single day.

At 2:30pm, I feasted on the loveliness you see above.  I was in the mood for variety again, so I had my bacon ends, hot sausage, ground beef and sliced beef.  I left 3 slices of beef on my plate which I put away for later.

At 7:30pm, I ate the 3 leftover slices of beef cold.  So good!  So tender!

At 11:00pm, I cooked some more slices of beef and devoured those.  Always cooked in butter.  I will never get sick of that.

At 12:15am, I got out of bed because I felt hungry.  I took a swig of cream thinking that’s all I needed but I realized I was actually hungry (yes, even after all that beef I had just eaten) so I cooked 6 eggs in butter.  I find that I don’t digest eggs that well so I heated up the rest of the bacon ends and ground beef that I had cooked earlier.  I put it all on my plate (it was a huge pile of food) and ate until satisfied.  I ate about half, so only about 3 eggs total and half of a big pile of meat. How’s that for measurements? lol  Then I went back to bed fully satisfied.

At ???, I know at some point I had a decafe but I forgot to jot it down. I’m thinking it was maybe after my lunch.

Food that entered my mouth yesterday:  sliced beef, ground beef, bacon ends, hot sausage, eggs, butter, light cream, heavy whipping cream, coffee, salt, pepper, lots of water.

(I think I’m growing balls! Let me look… yes, I see one starting to grow!)
