What I Ate Yesterday – Day 43

Yesterday – Thursday 12/29 – Day 43

I had my usual cup of coffee with hwc when I got up.  I do this pretty much every single day.

At 2:00pm, I cooked some slices of beef and I warmed up some of my eggs and meat leftovers from the night before.  I also added the rest of my rotisserie chicken.  All warmed up in butter.  So good!  I ate everything in my plate.

At 2:30pm, I finished off my meal with a decafe with hwc.

At 6:00pm, I sliced up the rest of my beef and cooked it all.  I also added some shrimp. I piled it on my plate and ate until satisfied.  I ate all the shrimp but saved the leftover beef for later.

At 7:30pm, I poured a bit of heavy whipping cream and light cream in a glass and downed that sucker.  Soooo good!!!

At 10:30pm, I ate the rest of my sliced beef, cold this time.  I really have perfected the way I cook those slices.  So incredibly good and tender!  Now I have no more beef and I have a 2 foot banking of snow behind my car.  I must start shoveling so I can get to the store!  I need my beef!!!

Food that entered my mouth yesterday:  sliced beef, chicken, shrimp, ground beef, bacon ends, hot sausage, eggs, butter, light cream, heavy whipping cream, coffee, salt, pepper, lots of water.

(I think I’m growing balls! Let me look… yes, I see one starting to grow!)
