NOTE: I get messages asking me why I post these types of recipes while I’m following a zero carb animal kingdom only food plan.  My answer is because I’m following ZC, but I bet you’re not! Just because I eat a certain way does not mean I have to limit myself to sharing only meat recipes. I’m not the carb police! lol

Easy Frozen Yogurt Bites Recipe

INGREDIENTS:

1 container (6 oz) Yoplait® Original 99% Fat Free yogurt (any flavor) or Yoplait® Whips!® yogurt (any flavor)
2 tablespoons finely chopped fresh fruit, such as blueberries, bananas, cherries, grapes, peaches, oranges or raspberries
6 mini wooden craft sticks (see tip)

Darlene’s Tip: If you don’t have the craft sticks, you could always cut some pieces of drinking straws.

DIRECTIONS:

Step 1: In medium bowl, stir yogurt and fruit until well blended.

Step 2: Divide mixture among 6 compartments of silicone ice cube tray (or any ice cube tray).

Step 3:  Insert stick into center of each compartment.  Freeze about 4 hours or until frozen.
