Happy hump day everyone!
I got back from Memphis last night. I was gone 6 days, 5 nights. I have many things to say but will break it up into several daily chats.
First, I was HOT!!! Constantly. The only time I had relief was my very last night there. It was windy and I opened both windows and cared not one tiny bit if Derrick or the kids were cold. lol I slept with the windows open and let the window flow over me. It was raining hard too, and since I was directly under the window, I could feel the rain on my face. I’m now in love with being rained on while trying to sleep. Oh, and I had a floor fan blowing directly on me too. And I was on a couch, not bed, with no blanket. Just the way I love it!
Since both windows were open, I could hear the train extra loud. There is supposedly a busy train station near which I must visit next time I go. I could hear trains and their lovely whistles blowing every 10 to 15 minutes. That was a heavenly night! Just wish the trains would go right by the house so I could feel the vibrations. Sadly, I woke up that morning sweating to death. The breeze had stopped and the temp went up. And with the morning traffic, I don’t hear the trains.

I’m so happy it waited to snow only after I got back! I was worried that we’d get a storm and I’d come home to a foot of snow to shovel. It only snowed a few inches last night, so I can handle that just fine.
I’m anxious to get back to business! I should have a Youtube Earning Update later and hopefully something else. Stay tuned and thank you so much for watching our vacation videos and for getting Skylar over 600 subbies! She started my vacation at 536 subbies and now she’s well over 600. She was so excited about that! And she’s close to making her first $10 on Youtube which means she can add to her Shopkins collection 🙂
Have a happy Wednesday! I’m happy to be back!
Darlene
