What I Ate Yesterday – Day 45

IT’S A NEW YEAR!!!  Not sure that really matters to me, but it will be interesting to see if I stick to this way of eating the entire year.  As long as my cravings are under control and my mental health is good, I see no reason to stop!  But I move with caution because I always worry that when something is this good, it can’t possibly last.  

REMINDER – No Weigh-In!!!  I know many of you are expecting me to weigh myself today because I was expecting to do that.  In case you missed it, watch this video to learn why I ditched the scale.

Yesterday – Saturday 12/31 – Day 45

I had my usual cup of coffee with hwc when I got up.  I do this pretty much every single day.

At 1:30pm, I cooked some bacon and warmed up some rotisserrie chicken in the bacon fat.  Then I cooked some slices of beef in butter.  I ate almost everything on that plate.  I had 2 pieces of beef and one piece of bacon leftover.  In a baggie that went for later.

At 2:15pm, I had a decafe with hwc.

At 7:00pm, I warmed up my leftovers from the past 2 or 3 days and added more rotisserie chicken.  It made a full plate of meat and I ate every bit of it. The meats it contained are listed below.

At midnight, I got up right after the ball dropped and cooked 4 eggs with more slices of beef.  I ate until satisfied.  I ate all the eggs but left one piece of beef on my plate.  I find that I do not digest eggs as well as I do meat, but I went for it anyway.  I woke up with a headache today 🙁  I never have headaches with just meat.

Food that entered my mouth yesterday:  sliced beef, chicken, ground beef, bacon ends, hot sausage, eggs, butter, light cream, heavy whipping cream, coffee, salt, pepper, lots of water.

I’m doing this because I’m convinced that I’m overly sensitive to carbs and that I must stay away from them if there is any chance of me feeling better. I’m eating from the animal kingdom only, like the complete opposite of vegan. I know this upsets many, but I promise I won’t eat your pets. You are free to follow my progress/failures and you can even disagree with what I do. Just remember that I will get the last word because it’s my blog, my channel, my life! That’s the new me talking! (I think I’m growing balls! Let me look… yes, I see one starting to grow!)
