What I Ate Yesterday – Day 51 – Warning!!! Very Ugly Food Picture! lol

Yesterday – Friday 1/6 – Day 51

NOTE:  Yes, I know, that meal looks like one sorry ass mess!  It does.  But it’s fuel, folks.  Only fuel.  And it filled me up nicely, so it did its job.  Cave girls don’t need pretty food. lol

When I got up, I had my usual cup of coffee with hwc.  I do this every day.

At 3:30pm, I ate the mess you see above.  I ate all of it.  Every ugly bite!  There’s a mad mix of meat in that and I have them listed below.  This is what I call my “leftovers” meal because it consists of all meats that I had as leftovers from the past 2 days.  This one also included eggs.  I just warmed it all up in one pan in butter.  And no, I did not eat blindfolded. lol

At 4:00pm, I had a decafe with hwc.

At 9:00pm, I ate a little bit of deli ham.  I didn’t have much. Now I’m all out of the deli ham that I bought here.

At 12:15am, I got out of bed, cooked a pound of ground beef and ate about half of that, then back to bed I went.  Oh, and a swig of cream.

Food that entered my mouth yesterday:  beef slices, ground beef, chicken, bacon ends, hot sausage, deli ham, eggs, butter, light cream, heavy whipping cream, coffee, salt, pepper, lots of water.

You are free to follow my progress/failures and you can even disagree with what I do. Just remember that I will get the last word because it’s my blog, my channel, my life! That’s the new me talking! (I think I’m growing balls! Let me look… yes, I see one starting to grow!)
