What I Ate Yesterday – Day 75

MY NEW EXPERIMENT – Read why I’m kicking dairy for a week here.

Day 6 of No Dairy:  I started getting head zapping feelings last night, similar to when I went off xanax some years back.  I think it was caused by going off prozac, but I also went off dairy, benadryl and coffee 5 days ago too!  So, lots going on there.  I’ll just wait for that to pass.

As for how I feel, non-dairy seems to be the best way for me.  I think it has been 3 days now that I have not had that hangover feeling.  I can’t sleep for shit, but I’m willing to wait that out too.  If I have trouble sleeping for too long, I’ll just go back to my benadryl.

Yesterday – Monday 1/30 – Day 75

When I got up, I had hot water.

At 1:30pm, I cooked a variety of meat (all listed below) along with a nice piece of haddock!  Do love!  I ate almost every bit of what you see above.  My appetite has increased now that I’m off dairy.  When eating ZC, an increased appetite is a good thing!

At 8:00pm, I cooked a big ass steak and devoured the entire thing!  I should have taken a pic of that sucker!  First, I ate half and thought I was full.  I put it away but then just a little bit after, I grabbed it and ate the rest.  So good!

At 2:30am, I was wide awake (due to no benadryl) and I got hungry.  I cooked about a pound of ground beef and ate it all.

Food that entered my mouth yesterday: beef, ground beef, bacon, sausage, haddock, steak and lots of water.

(I think I’m growing balls! Let me look… yes, I see one starting to grow!)
