Yesterday – Sunday 2/26 – Day 102

When I got up, I had my usual chug jug of hot water.

At 2:00pm, I cooked a wonderful big hamburger patty with bacon ends and broiled some chicken.  I had this with breakfast sausage on the side.  I ate two of the sausages and gave the other two to my mother. Then I ate about half of the patty and the chicken. Saved the rest for later.

At 8:00pm, I grabbed my deli roast beef and the leftover cold chicken.  I ended up not really being hungry so I didn’t eat too much.

At 2:15am, I got hungry for real and cooked up another big hamburger patty and 3 eggs.  I ate all the eggs and quite a bit of the ground beef.  Eating late like this is common for me since I am up very late.  I didn’t even go to bed until after 5:00am.

Food that entered my mouth yesterday:  ground beef, chicken, breakfast sausage, bacon, deli roast beef, eggs and lots of delicious water.

IMPORTANT – My doctor totally approves of this!!! See this vlog to see how my appointment went!

I’m eating from the animal kingdom only, like the complete opposite of vegan. I know this upsets many, but I promise I won’t eat your pets. You are free to follow my progress/failures and you can even disagree with what I do. Just remember that I will get the last word because it’s my blog, my channel, my life! That’s the new me talking! (I think I’m growing balls! Let me look… yes, I see one starting to grow!)
