What I Ate Yesterday – 103 Days of Living Zero Carb

Yesterday – Monday 2/27 – Day 103

When I got up, I had my usual chug jug of hot water.

At 2:00pm, I ate off the plate you see above.  I had chicken, ground beef, breakfast sausage and sliced beef.  I ate not even half of what was on my plate. I did not sleep well the night before (didn’t even go to bed until morning) so I just was not up to par.  Just was not feeling it.

At 9:00pm, I cooked some more ground beef then added the leftover ground beef and beef slices from above along with one of the leftover breakfast sausages.  I ate it all.

At 2:00am, I cooked more ground beef and also warmed up the rest of the chicken breast from above and had the last of the leftover breakfast sausage.  I still did not manage to eat the entire chicken breast but got my fill on ground beef.

Food that entered my mouth yesterday:  chicken, ground beef, breakfast sausage, sliced beef and lots of delicious water.

IMPORTANT – My doctor totally approves of this!!! See this vlog to see how my appointment went!

I’m eating from the animal kingdom only, like the complete opposite of vegan. I know this upsets many, but I promise I won’t eat your pets. You are free to follow my progress/failures and you can even disagree with what I do. Just remember that I will get the last word because it’s my blog, my channel, my life! That’s the new me talking! (I think I’m growing balls! Let me look… yes, I see one starting to grow!)
