Eat Meat! Drink Water! Get Rest!
(those are the words I live by)

Yesterday – Wednesday 2/1 – Day 77
When I got up, I had hot water. Love my morning cup of un-joe!
At 2:30pm, I had what you see in the plate above, but I ended up sharing with my mother. She took a few pieces of beef, some bacon and ground beef mix, and some of the chicken. She did not want any of the hot sausage. I ate almost all the rest, leaving only one piece of beef on my plate and one bite of sausage. And I saved that for later. Yes, even the bite of sausage.
NOTE: I save all my leftovers in little baggies and either put them in the fridge or even freeze them. When I have enough leftovers to make an entire meal, I heat that all up together and have a meal of just leftovers!
At 8:45pm, I cooked that bad ass steak that you see below! It was a New York Sirloin. It looked so wonderful that I felt like capturing it on camera. lol I cooked it with some bacon and it was simply fantastic! My mother had me cut and save a piece for her for today (which she ate for breakfast) and I ate the rest. I gave my mother the best fatty part, because she loves the fat and she does not get it as often as I do. So I shared that part too.
At 10:00, I munched on some deli turkey breast.
At 2:30am, I cooked a bunch of sliced beef from an oven roast that I picked up the other day, and I cooked that in butter. I am bringing butter back (I seriously doubt it is causing me any issues) and will use it when I don’t feel like cooking with bacon. Just need the butter to keep the steak from sticking to my old, beat up pan. And it also adds awesome flavor. I ate an entire plateful of beef then went to bed.
Food that entered my mouth yesterday: beef sliced, ground beef, steak, bacon, chicken, sausage, deli turkey, butter, and lots of delicious water.

You are free to follow my progress/failures and you can even disagree with what I do. Just remember that I will get the last word because it’s my blog, my channel, my life! That’s the new me talking! (I think I’m growing balls! Let me look… yes, I see one starting to grow!)
