Yesterday – Monday 2/6 – Day 82

When I got up, I had my usual chug jug of hot water.

At 2:00pm, I ate what I consider a very pretty meal!  Right?  This one might still look like a lot of meat to eat, but it is sort of more “normal” looking. Right? lol  And for once, I know how much my burger patty weighed!  It was a ONE POUNDER!  Try getting that at McDonald’s!  It happens that I had defrosted a 1 lb package of ground beef.  I got lazy and just plopped it into the pan and flattened it out a bit with my spatula.  I added some bacon ends then finished off the meal with a side of beef slices.  I ended up eating more than half of what you see there.  Saved the rest for later.

At 7:30pm, I cooked more ground beef and beef slices (just felt like a new, hot, batch) and this time, I felt like if I didn’t have mustard with it, I would die.  Okay, not quite. But I was really wanting some mustard.

NOTE:  Mustard is allowed, but not optimal.  It can mess with your hunger signals. One reason I stay away from it is because I love it just a little bit too much.  I could probably eat an entire small bottle of mustard with my meat.  Seriously.  And I don’t think cavemen ate prepared mustard back in the day, so I’m quite sure it’s not meant to be eaten in large quantities.  But as for a big squirt now and then, I’m good with that.

At 1:00am, I grabbed my meat and ground beef leftovers and ate some, but not much.  I guess I was not too hungry.  I put it back in the fridge.

Food that entered my mouth yesterday:  ground beef, sliced beef, bacon ends, mustard, and lots of delicious water.

IMPORTANT – My doctor totally approves of this!!! See this vlog to see how my appointment went!

You are free to follow my progress/failures and you can even disagree with what I do. Just remember that I will get the last word because it’s my blog, my channel, my life! That’s the new me talking! (I think I’m growing balls! Let me look… yes, I see one starting to grow!)
