What I Ate Yesterday – Day 98

Yesterday – Wednesday 2/22 – Day 98

NOTE:  I had a tiny bit of a scare yesterday and thought depression was creeping back into my life. But I now think it was just prozac withdrawals.  Read here.

When I got up, I had my usual chug jug of hot water.

At 2:15pm, I cooked two hamburger patties and some sliced beef.  Then shortly after I started eating, I felt odd and just stopped.  I had to take my mother out for blood work and decided to just go ahead and to that and finish eating later.

At 4:30pm, I reheated the meal from above and added some chicken breast.  I think I ate it all (yesterday was a complete fog for me). Then I just stayed on the couch and slept on and off for the fest of the night.

At 12:15, I got hungry, but not hungry.  I was just a mess.  All I knew is that I was sticking to meat, so I heated up some of the meat I cooked the day before.  It was hard getting it down because I was so down and out.  But I managed to eat a decent amount. Then I went back to bed.  I woke up feeling world’s better today.  Had I strayed from the meat, I know my world would have collapsed.

Food that entered my mouth yesterday:  sliced beef, ground beef, pork tenderloin, bacon, kielbasa sausage, chicken and lots of delicious water.

IMPORTANT – My doctor totally approves of this!!! See this vlog to see how my appointment went!

I’m eating from the animal kingdom only, like the complete opposite of vegan. I know this upsets many, but I promise I won’t eat your pets. You are free to follow my progress/failures and you can even disagree with what I do. Just remember that I will get the last word because it’s my blog, my channel, my life! That’s the new me talking! (I think I’m growing balls! Let me look… yes, I see one starting to grow!)
