Happy Sunday!
I want to wish all the mom’s out there a Happy Mother’s Day! As always, I think mostly about all those out there who are sad on days like this. There is nothing anyone can say to make you feel better. And not even sure the goal is to feel better. Sadness has its place in this world too. Just know it’s okay to be sad. No pressure to be happy! Just too stressful to always aim for happiness. lol
Yesterday, I was sad because the #18 block I made for the Quilt Block Party did not turn out the way I imagined. Better fabric choices would have gotten me to where I was going. But I am picking from a pre-determined stash that I started with, and that’s all I could do. The block is fine, just not up my alley. Nothing wrong with that!
I also uploaded a Trivia Quiz about The Brady Bunch. And I insist they are wrong on one of the questions. I never remember Bobby breaking his leg in the first season. Do you??? Sprained it, yes. But break it? Just don’t recall that. I think they made a boo boo in the quiz.

I also still have some lots of 100% Cotton Batik Fat Quarters up for grabs. I will be shopping for the fabric on Monday, so if you are a quilter, please get your order in if you want some fabric!
Today, I might read some comments. And do I dare attempt another quilt block? I want so much to wrap up that series this week so I can move on to something new! And yes, it will still be about quilt blocks. It has become on of my most watched series so I will keep at it!
