Here is a copy of the email I got about SavingStar and how it will be changing for Shaw’s. I’m not even reading it as I don’t care one bit what they do. lol I have not used it in forever. And they were terrible to their affiliates.

Dear SavingStar Member,
Important Account Change: Shaw’s / Star Market
The way you save at Shaw’s / Star Market will soon change. Starting August 24, 2017, Shaw’s / Star Market will transition from an “automatic” retailer (using a MyMixx number) and instead participate as a receipt-scanning retailer. This means that you will redeem SavingStar offers at all Shaw’s / Star Market stores by submitting a picture of your paper receipt instead of linking SavingStar offers to your MyMixx number. Your SavingStar account balances and One or Many progress will stay the same during this transition.
All redemptions using your MyMixx number must be occur by August 24, 2017 (rewards will post to your account on or before September 30, 2017). Starting August 25, 2017, you will redeem offers by using the receipt scanning functionality on the iPhone or Android app or at SavingStar.com.

You can still use SavingStar to save automatically! We work at over 70,000 stores including BJs, Big Y, CVS, Hannaford, Price Chopper, Stop & Shop, Tops, Wegmans, and more! Simply visit SavingStar.com or the iPhone or Android app to add other stores you shop with to your account.
