Happy Tuesday!
Sun is shining here today. I can’t wait until we change the time back to when it gets dark earlier. I just checked and we don’t do that until Nov 5. I have a long wait. lol
I was super busy yesterday! I started my day by listing some Penny Auctions with Free Shipping! I did a quick video on that to let everyone know about this new (I hope) series. I was shocked to see the bids coming in (you can see the current bids here)! So happy my tutorial quilt blocks will find new homes. Anxious to dig up other items to list for penny auctions.
Listing those auctions actually took me a couple of hours. Then I ate lunch. After that, I Embellished a Quilt Block Party block. That was fun! Also extremely time-consuming. I know it does not look that way in the video, but it took at least 3 hours to record, edit and upload. I know so many think youtube is a breeze. It’s not! lol
After that, I worked on paper beads. I was trying very hard to get a few more lots ready for today’s auctions which will be live around 4:00pm eastern. Now I must take pics of the final lots and get those scheduled. I will have more beads available on Sept 1st because I will have the entire month of Aug to work on them. Stay tuned for the Aug beads!
I ended my day by reading some of Online Dating Comments. My comments videos are becoming my most popular with the peanut gallery. I’m happy about that because I don’t have to think up what to do or say for content. The content is handed to me on a silver platter. All I have to do is read the comments and roast the commentators. Makes for tons of editing, but a fun gig just the same.
And you do know this dating gig is just for fun, right? If you actually watch my videos, you would know I don’t need advice like this.
Today I need to wrap up the paper bead auctions and record a quick video for that. I also need to start cutting fabric for Fabric Friday. It’s trash night, so I must remember to pull the trash to the road (that’s actually on my schedule so I won’t forget but sometimes I forget to look at the schedule). As for videos, just not sure what I’m in the mood for. But I’m sure I’ll come up with something!
