It’s Sunday!
And I’m sick.
I started out with a scratch throat Friday night. Then it turned into a sore throat. Saturday I woke up coughing. By Saturday afternoon my head was completely congested including my ears. I went to bed early (before 9pm) because I could not do anything else. What a miserable night I had. I could not sleep. I didn’t want to get up. I finally slept a bit this morning. Feel like complete shit and I have so much to do. I just hope it passes quickly. I don’t like to get sick with no health insurance. I think I’ll be fine. Might take a bit, but I’ll eventually get past it. I know it’s because I traveled. On the rare times that I get sick, it’s usually after being stuck in a plane.
Yesterday I was able to knock out a quickie and unexpected Tag Along with Me to Walmart video. Then I ended that video with an update showing you the batch of Beef Jerky that I made that day. And yes, I knew someone would catch the fact that I touched the raw beef then touched my jerky. No worries. Guess what? Jerky is raw too. Dry, but raw. And I eat raw beef almost every day. I love it. I always have. If you do enough research you’ll discover beef is about the safest and most nutritious meat you can eat. And yes, you can eat it raw. Many eat only raw beef. And if you still insist on telling me raw beef with kill me, I’ll just go ahead and tell you that’s the way I choose to die.
Today I still will try very hard to record the Nov youtube stats. The stats suck so that goes right along with the way I feel. lol Pretty sure I can get that done. Then I need to work on my Fabric Frenzy. And I must get that giveaway up today for the mini quilt! I think I can accomplish these things. I have no plans to go out at all.
