Easy Muffin Tin Recipe – Cinnamon Bacon Rolls

Cinnamon Bacon Rolls Recipe

INGREDIENTS:
1 can (12.4 oz) Pillsbury Refrigerated Cinnamon Rolls with Icing Cream Cheese (8 count)
8 slices pre-cooked bacon (store bought or cook your own)

DIRECTIONS:
1: Preheat oven to 375ºF. Spray a muffin tin with nonstick baking spray.
2: Open the cinnamon rolls and set the icing packet aside. Separate the cinnamon rolls and wrap a slice of bacon around the outside of each roll. Place in the muffin tin. Repeat with remaining rolls.
3: Bake rolls for 9-13 minutes, or just until the cinnamon rolls turn golden brown. Remove rolls from tin and drizzle icing over tops. Decorate with sprinkles, if desired.

Darlene’s Tips:  If your bacon is extra crispy, try breaking it up and just sticking the pieces of bacon to the sides of the cinnamon roll.
