Easy Quinoa Oatmeal Raisin Bars Recipe

INGREDIENTS:
1/4 cup olive oil
1/2 cup honey
3 tablespoons quinoa seeds
2 cups oatmeal
1 cup raisins

DIRECTIONS:

1:  Preheat the oven to 350° F.
2:  Warm up the oil and the honey in a pot over low heat.
3:  Mix the rest of the ingredients in a separate bowl.
4:  Line the bottom of a baking dish with parchment paper and pour in the mix of chia seeds, oatmeal, and raisins.
5:  Pour the hot oil and honey into the baking dish.
6:  Press all the ingredients and bake for 20 minutes. Let it cool down and cut with a sharp knife.

Darlene’s Tips:  You can add some chopped nuts if you want or you could use chopped dates instead of raisins.
