INGREDIENTS:
2 lbs boneless skinless chicken thighs or breasts
1 jar (24 oz) marinara pasta sauce

DIRECTIONS:
1: Spray 3 1/2- to 4-quart slow cooker with cooking spray. Place chicken in slow cooker. Top chicken with pasta sauce.
2: Cover; cook on Low heat setting 4 to 5 hours.
Darlene’s Tips: You can serve over pasta of your choice or over rice or serve as the meat portion of any meal. This chicken would be great with a side of mashed potatoes and a veggie! Or maybe with a side of fries and a salad. Feel free to add any ingredients you want to the sauce like mushrooms, onion, peppers, black olives, whatever! Or use your own favorite sauce recipe. This chicken is a great dish for a buffet type meal or to bring to a pot luck dinner.
