DIRECTIONS:

1: Bake pie crust as directed on package for baked shell. Cool 30 minutes or until completely cooled.

2: Spread 2 cups ice cream in cooled baked shell. Drizzle half of the caramel topping over ice cream; sprinkle with 1/2 cup of chopped cookies. Repeat layers. Freeze at least 2 hours before serving. Store in freezer.

Darlene’s Tips:  You can totally make this using a store-bought graham cracker pie crust so you don’t have to turn on your oven. You will need to use less ingredients and make just one layer. But it will still taste delish! To soften your ice cream quickly, put in the microwave for 10 seconds at a time until it is soft enough. Scoop out what you need then put the rest back in the freezer. It will not hurt the texture of the re-frozen ice cream. And of couse, you can use any flavor ice cream and topping that you want!
