Baked Taco Chicken Wings Recipe

INGREDIENTS:

1/2 cup Original Bisquick mix
1/4 cup vegetable oil
1 package (1 oz) Old El Paso taco seasoning mix
3 lb chicken wing sections, thawed if frozen

DIRECTIONS:
1: Heat oven to 450°F. Fit large rectangular wire rack in 18×13-inch rimmed pan; spray both with cooking spray.
2: In large bowl, stir together Bisquick mix, oil and taco seasoning mix until blended. Thoroughly pat chicken dry, add to mixture and turn to coat. Place in single layer on rack in pan.
3: Bake 30 to 35 minutes or until chicken is deep brown and juice of chicken is clear.
