3 Ingredient Chewy Peanut Butter Cookies Recipe

INGREDIENTS:

1 cup peanut butter
1 can (14 oz) sweetened condensed milk (not evaporated)
2 cups Original Bisquick mix

DIRECTIONS:
1: Heat oven to 375°F. In large bowl, mix peanut butter and milk until smooth. Stir in Bisquick mix until blended.
2: Shape dough into 1 1/4-inch balls. Place balls on ungreased cookie sheet 2 inches apart. Flatten in crisscross pattern with fork.
3: Bake 7 to 9 minutes or until centers are set and bottoms are light golden brown. Do not over bake. Remove from cookie sheet to cooling rack. Cool 15 minutes.

Darlene’s Tips: You can dip the fork in sugar when flattening the cookies. You could also try adding chocolate or peanut butter morsels (or a bit of both) to the mix.
