Chicken Alfredo Bubble-Up Bake Recipe – Only 5 Store-Bought Ingredients

Chicken Alfredo Bubble-Up Bake Recipe

INGREDIENTS:

2 cups coarsely chopped deli rotisserie chicken (or any cooked chicken)
2 cups chopped fresh baby spinach
1 jar (15 oz) Alfredo pasta sauce
2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese (8 oz)
1 can (16.3 oz) Pillsbury Grands! refrigerated Southern Homestyle Buttermilk biscuits

DIRECTIONS:

1: Heat oven to 350°F. Spray 13×9-inch (3-quart) glass baking dish with cooking spray.

2: In large bowl, mix chicken, spinach, Alfredo sauce and 1 cup of the mozzarella cheese. Separate dough into 8 biscuits. Cut each biscuit into 6 pieces (use scissors, easy!). Add biscuit pieces to bowl and gently stir.

3: Spoon mixture into baking dish; top with remaining 1 cup cheese.

4: Bake 36 to 40 minutes or until deep golden brown and biscuits are cooked through.

Darlene’s Tips:  You could try this recipe using chicken nuggets instead of chopped chicken. And you could toss in a cup of any of your favorite veggies too.
