Quick Snickerdoodles Recipe

INGREDIENTS:

3 tablespoons sugar
1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1 roll Pillsbury refrigerated sugar cookies
1/4 cup all-purpose flour

DIRECTIONS:
1: Heat oven to 350°F. In small bowl, mix sugar and cinnamon.
2: In large bowl, break up cookie dough. Stir or knead in flour until well blended. Shape dough into balls and roll in sugar-cinnamon mixture; place 2 inches apart on ungreased cookie sheets.
3: Bake 10 to 14 minutes or until edges are golden brown. Cool 1 minute; remove from cookie sheets to cooling rack.

Darlene’s Tips: For an even more snickerdoodle flavor, you can add some cinnamon to the dough when mixing in the flour.
