Please remember that I don’t eat this stuff so I did not test this recipe. I’m just posting so you can try it!
Super Easy Ranch Chicken Recipe
INGREDIENTS:

4 boneless skinless chicken breast halves (1 lb)
1/4 cup ranch dressing
1/3 cup dry bread crumbs (any flavor)
non stick spray or 2 tablespoons oil for cooking or use non-stick pan

DIRECTIONS:
Step 1: Dip chicken into dressing, then coat with bread crumbs.
Step 2: Cook chicken 12 to 15 minutes in skillet (using cooking spray or oil so it will not stick), turning once, until outside is golden brown and juice is no longer pink when centers of thickest pieces are cut.
Darlene’s Tips: You could also try baking this chicken at 400 degrees for about 25 minutes. You don’t have to cook the breasts whole. You can cut into fingers or nuggets. Like them spicy? Add some cayenne pepper to the bread crumbs!
