Heat oven to 325°F. Grease bottom and sides of 8×4-inch loaf pan with shortening. Lightly flour.

In large bowl, beat Pancake Bread ingredients with electric mixer on low speed 30 seconds, scraping bowl constantly. Beat on medium speed 4 minutes, scraping bowl occasionally. Pour into pan.  Bake 30 minutes.

Meanwhile, in medium bowl, stir Streusel ingredients with fork until crumbly.

Carefully sprinkle streusel over top of partially baked bread. Bake 25 to 30 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean. Cool 15 minutes. Loosen sides of loaf from pan and remove from pan.  Place top side up on cooling rack. Cool completely for about 1 1/2 hours.

Darlene’s Tips: Drizzle syrup on this bread and add a dollop of whipped topping when serving. Bet that would be delish!
