Please remember that I don’t eat this stuff so I did not test this recipe. I’m just posting so you can try it!
No-Bake Nutella Oatmeal Cookies Recipe
INGREDIENTS:

2 cups sugar
2 tablespoons butter
1/2 cup milk
3/4 cup Nutella hazelnut spread
2 cups old-fashioned oats

DIRECTIONS:
1: Line cookie sheet with cooking parchment paper.
2: Add the sugar, butter and milk to a 4-quart saucepan. Heat on medium until you get to a rolling boil. Boil 1 minute then remove from heat.
3: Stir in Nutella until creamy and combined. Stir in 2 cups old-fashioned oats until well coated.
4: Immediately drop by 2-tablespoonfuls onto cookie sheet. Cool about 15 minutes or until set.
Darlene’s Tips: You can totally add shredded coconut to this recipe for more chewiness. About a 1/2 cup should do. You can add chopped nuts too. Again, about 1/2 cup would work. You could also spread in a pan and let set then cut into bars.
