INGREDIENTS:
2 lb boneless skinless chicken thighs
1 medium red bell pepper, chopped (about 1 cup)
1 jar (24 oz) marinara pasta sauce
(see my tips below)
DIRECTIONS:
1: Spray 3 1/2- to 4-quart slow cooker with cooking spray. Place chicken in slow cooker. Top chicken with bell pepper and pasta sauce.
2: Cover and cook on Low heat setting 4 to 5 hours.
Search for stuff you need on Amazon, on eBay and at Walmart!
Darlene’s Tips: You could also add other ingredients like chopped onion, mushrooms, black olives or whatever you like! Serve with pasta, rice or any kind of potatoes.
