Please remember that I don’t eat this stuff so I did not make this recipe. I’m just posting so you can try it!
INGREDIENTS:
1 box
1/2 cup
1/4 cup or water
3
2 cups coarsely shredded (about 2 medium)

DIRECTIONS:
1: Heat oven to 350°F. Spray bottoms only of two with cooking spray.
2: In large bowl, stir cake mix, oil, milk and eggs until well blended. Add zucchini and mix well. Divide batter evenly between pans.
3: Bake 45 to 50 minutes or until inserted in center comes out clean. Cool 10 minutes. Remove from pans to . Cool completely, about 1 hour.

Darlene’s Tips: Don’t like zucchini bread? I bet this would work with shredded instead. Want a different flavor? Use a or mix. Feel free to toss in some chopped nuts of your choice or any flavor of baking morsels that you like. You can freeze these loaves (wrap in ) and slice just what you need while frozen and put the rest back in the freezer. Let the slices sit at room temperature for a few minutes and in just a few minutes they are ready to eat!
