INGREDIENTS:

1 can Coconut Pecan Frosting
1 cup chocolate chips (6 oz)
1 cup white vanilla baking chips (6 oz)
2 cups chopped pecans
2 cups shredded coconut

See my Darlene’s Concoctions videos!

DIRECTIONS:

1:  Line 9-inch square pan with foil, extending foil over 2 opposite sides of pan. Spray foil with No-Stick Cooking Spray.

2:  In medium microwavable bowl, microwave chocolate chips on High 1 to 2 minutes, stirring every 30 seconds until melted. Stir in milk chocolate frosting. Stir half of the nuts and half of the remaining coconut into the chocolate mixture. Spread in pan.

3:  In medium microwavable bowl, microwave white vanilla chips on High 1 to 2 minutes, stirring every 30 seconds until melted. Stir in coconut pecan frosting. Put about 2 tablespoons of the nuts and coconut aside and stir in remaining nuts and coconut. Spread over chocolate mixture. Sprinkle the reserved nuts and coconut over top of fudge.

4:  Refrigerate 1 1/2 hours or until firm. Remove foil and cut into squares. Store covered in refrigerator.

Darlene’s Tips: If you would like just black and white layered fudge with no nuts or coconut, simply melt chocolate morsels to mix with chocolate frosting and white morsels to mix with vanilla frosting! Layer them as directed!
