4 Ingredient Banana Brownie Bread Recipe

NOTE:  Please remember that I don’t eat this stuff so I did not test this recipe. I’m just posting so you can try it!


2 very ripe bananas
1 box (1 lb 6.25 oz) Betty Crocker Supreme original brownie mix
1/2 cup butter, melted
3 eggs

Darlene’s Tips:  You can peel bananas then freeze them to keep for baking later.  Just let them thaw before using them. They are extra sweet after freezing!  You can also add nuts to this recipes, walnuts or pecans, whatever you like!  Spread each slice with butter or frosting or both!


Step 1: Heat oven to 350°F. Line 9×5-inch loaf pan with cooking parchment paper. Grease bottom only of parchment paper with shortening or cooking spray.

Step 2:  In medium bowl, mash bananas with fork. Stir in brownie mix, chocolate syrup pouch (from brownie mix box), melted butter and eggs just until moistened. Pour batter into pan.

Step 3:  Bake 1 hour 20 minutes to 1 hour 30 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean. Cool 10 minutes; remove loaf from pan to cooling rack. Cool completely, about 3 hours.
