I know I have been promising cooking videos for a while now, and I think I’m finally ready to give it a shot… using not one, but TWO cameras! Oh boy, watch out! lol
I want my cooking videos to be super fun. If you know me at all, you know I don’t follow recipes, I don’t measure, and I don’t follow any kind of cooking rules. I just slap stuff together and most of the time it comes out great! Sometimes not.
I was thinking I’d like to try some cooking videos “Chopped” style, meaning I’ll use an odd combination of ingredients and see what I can come up with, right there, on the spot. No practice before I shoot the video. I’ll just whip something up for the first time on camera and we’ll see if I fly or fail!
Here’s what you need to do. Pick 3 items for me to work with. If you need ideas, go through the Shaw’s flyer and pick stuff from there.
Here is an example of a combo you might suggest:
Carrots, Tuna, Salsa (yuck!)
now it’s your turn!
You can leave your suggestions in the comments on this blog post or on this facebook post and I will pick a few that I think I can work with. I hope to have my first cooking video posted this weekend. Put me to work!
