Yesterday – Sunday 1/8 – Day 53

When I got up, I had my usual cup of coffee with hwc

At 1:45pm, I ate what you see above.  All of it.  I cooked some bacon ends and ground beef in butter and warmed up my last piece of broiled chicken in the buttery mix.  Then I added some slices of sirloin beef and let that cook.  A bit over cooked for me.  I like it rare.

At 7:30pm, I was not belly hungry, but I was hungry in my head, if that makes sense (read this post to see what I mean, and read the awesome reply I got at the end!!!).  I decided I would just go ahead and eat.  I cooked more bacon and ground beef and added more slices of beef.  Made a big plate full.  I was only able to eat a very little bit of it.  As much as my brain wanted me to eat, my tummy would not let me.  I felt like one more bite would make me sick.  So I put it all away and went back to work.  I was discouraged thinking my love for meat was coming to an end. (I was wrong)

At 11:45pm, out of the blue, I got hungry.  I ran to get the meat I cooked earlier and ate it all cold.  I loved every bite.  I was so happy!  Very interesting that the minute I started questioning why I was eating past the point of feeling full, I was able to experience a moment when my body new I had enough and my brain did not win the fight.  That was an awesome feeling!

Food that entered my mouth yesterday:  sirloin beef, ground beef, chicken, bacon ends, butter, light cream, heavy whipping cream, coffee, salt, pepper, lots of water.

You can watch THIS VIDEO to learn why I’m doing this.

This is the facebook group I’m in.  It’s a public group so you can read the posts without joining.

I will be talking about this new way of life often on my Youtube channel, so please subscribe and you won’t miss a thing!

This is the article that I stumbled upon by Kelly Hogan which got me immensely excited.   And this is Kelly’s blog.

PLEASE READ: Please remember that it’s MY CHOICE to eat the way I want. If you think this is unhealthy, know I’m not as concerned with physical health. I’m more concerned with my mental health. I’m on a mission to feel better mentally… without cravings!!! I’m willing to test this so you don’t have to! But what works for me might not work for you. I’m not doing this to lose weight. I’m doing this because I’m convinced that I’m overly sensitive to carbs and that I must stay away from them if there is any chance of me feeling better. I’m eating from the animal kingdom only, like the complete opposite of vegan. I know this upsets many, but I promise I won’t eat your pets. You are free to follow my progress/failures and you can even disagree with what I do. Just remember that I will get the last word because it’s my blog, my channel, my life! That’s the new me talking! (I think I’m growing balls! Let me look… yes, I see one starting to grow!)
