Eat Meat! Drink Water! Get Rest!
(those are the words I live by)
Yesterday – Tuesday 2/21 – Day 97
When I got up, I had my usual chug jug of hot water.
At 3:30pm, I felt like eating only cut up food (new thing lately). I cut up and cooked beef, pork, kielbasa sausage, bacon ends and added ground beef. I ate more than half of what you see on the plate.
At 7:30pm, I made myself a big ass hamburger patty (close to one pound) along with a side of 6 eggs. I ate almost every bit of that. But I put pepper on it and got a very sour tummy after. Please read the note below.
NOTE: I’ve been testing pepper off and on. I really LOVE pepper on haddock and on eggs, but I notice that every time I use it, I get a sour stomach after. And it triggers acid reflux. That, in turn, makes me nauseous. It amazes me that something like a sprinkle of pepper can cause so much discomfort. When I think of all the things I’ve eaten my whole life that were destroying me, it blows my mind!
Food that entered my mouth yesterday: sliced beef, ground beef, pork tenderloin, bacon, kielbasa sausage, eggs, pepper and lots of delicious water.

(I think I’m growing balls! Let me look… yes, I see one starting to grow!)
