Easy Chicken and Biscuits Recipe
NOTE: Please remember that I don’t eat this stuff so I did not test this recipe. I’m just posting so you can try it!
INGREDIENTS:
1 can Campbell’s Condensed Cream of Broccoli Soup
1 can Campbell’s Condensed Cream of Potato Soup
2/3 cup milk
2 cups frozen mixed vegetables (carrots, green beans, corn, peas)
2 cups cubed cooked chicken or turkey
1 package (7.5 ounces) refrigerated biscuit dough (10 biscuits)
Darlene’s Tips: Use store brand soups to save money. And you can pick up a rotisserie chicken for the cooked meat. So easy! Try playing with varieties by using different cream soups like cream of celery or cream of mushroom.
DIRECTIONS:
Step 1: Heat the oven to 400°F.
Step 2: Stir the soups, milk, vegetables and chicken in an 11 x 7 x 2-inch baking dish.
Step 3: Bake for 20 minutes or until the chicken mixture is hot and bubbling. Stir the chicken mixture. Top with the biscuits.
Step 4: Bake for 15 minutes or until the biscuits are golden brown.
