Happy Monday everyone!
Next Monday we will be waking up with Derrick in the house! We pick him up late Sunday night. I think his flight is around 11pm. Skylar is looking so forward to that. She loves the late nights when we pick him up at the airport. One year his flight was delayed and we hung out at a McDonald’s to wait and I swear, I was sure we’d get kicked out. We were acting crazy and were laughing so hard. It was such a fun night.
Yesterday I made 3 more t-shirt dresses, another one for Skylar and one for each of her cousins, Maggie and Nora. I did not record that and I never even thought to take a picture of them. My brain has been so fried that I don’t think of those things. I was just overjoyed to even get the dresses made. Trust me when I say they looked fabulous sporting their new dresses and each girl was very happy!
Last night Skylar and I recorded a Mailbag Monday. It was late and I was so tired, but Skylar wanted to do it so I took advantage of her good mood and went with it. She was anxious because she wanted us to open the mail so we could also do a review on some markers that someone sent me for free in exchange for a review. We recorded that video last night too. All I can say is… OMG. And I’m not letting you know if I’m saying that in a good way or a bad way. LOL I hope to get the review uploaded today.
Oh, and guess what else Skylar and I did last night! We took out a drawer, the one with all my mismatched containers and covers, and we sorted through it. Found matches to all the containers and tossed the rest. Well, didn’t actually toss. They went into a bag for crafts. But I think I’ll toss them after she leaves. I think. Hard for me to toss stuff.
As for videos for today, like I said, I should have the review at some point. Then not sure what else. I’d like something for Skylar’s channel. And I’d like to go out today but not sure where to. And not even sure I really want to do that. Actually, I don’t. LOL But I like getting Skylar out although she rarely feels like going out either. We are two homebodies! Don’t know why I feel guilty for just staying home when it’s what we both love to do.
