It’s Sunday!
It’s October!
I think October is my favorite month. I love the cooler weather and the shorter days. I can’t wait to change the time in November so I can have my days filled with darkness!
Yesterday I uploaded only ONE video! Geez… I feel like I’m slacking! lol I knocked out two the day before and three the day before that. I had a mini run of obsessive energy. Yesterday I was in the mood to start a mini quilt, a Wonky 3 Patch Quilt to be exact. I was planning on adding sashing but now I’m thinking I will finish it as a rag quilt. I will be working on that today.
Other than working on the quilt, not sure if I’ll record anything else. I’d like to, but just don’t know right now.
I’m off to a late start today (totally sleepless night) so let’s just get to the daily updates below so I can get start my day.
Walmart Clearance Roundups! For 9/30 – Halloween Costume Clearance (some super LOW prices!!!). For 9/29 – Stuff for Kids! For 9/28 – Stuff for Dogs! For 9/27 – Crafty stuff! For 9/26 – Clothing! I’m trying to do this series daily!
Free eBooks plus Free Music: I have the new 10 Free eBook Downloads list which includes Gifts in Jars, Homemade Edible Holiday Gifts, Halloween Jokes for Kids and more! **NEW** I now try to list Free eBook Box Sets too when they are available (slim pickings for those)! You can see the 3 box sets I found today here (they don’t stay free for long, so hurry!). I also have the Free Music Downloads.
What I Have on eBay: I have some new fabric! Mini lots which are perfect for those of you who want some new prints in your stash, but not too much more. lol I also still have Halloween fabric available in different sizes. Halloween Fat Quarters, Fat Eights, and Fat 16ths. Something for everyone!
Stuff You Can Do: There is a FREE Workshop for Kids at Home Depot on October 7. They get to build and decorate and keep a free Fire House Bank. See the details here!
Youtube Analytics Mini Update: Youtube has updated through Sept 29. Oddly enough, earnings are better than I expected even though other stats are down. I think I’ve discovered that turning comments of for a little while, like a few days or even a week, is a good way to get away from all that and catch a breath without messing with the youtube algorithm. Any longer than that and I think the algorithm starts to realize that you made that change and it will not promote your videos as much. I turned comments on again for all my videos last night and the minute I feel overwhelmed, I’ll just turn them off again for maybe just a few days. I hope stats for October improve. You can see my channel here.
Peanut Gallery Facebook Group Update: We currently have 1.108 members and growing little by little! If you’d like to join my very quiet group and get my at-the-moment updates (I’m currently the only one who can post there, so it’s very quiet) you can join here!
