INGREDIENTS:
check for ingredient coupons here
1 (12-oz.) pkg. (2 cups) white vanilla chips
1 (15.6-oz.) can pink vanilla frosting
36 large marshmallows
Optional: sprinkles of your choice
(see my tips below)

See my Darlene’s Concoctions videos here!

DIRECTIONS:

1:  Line 9-inch square pan with foil, extending foil over sides of pan.

2:  Melt vanilla chips over low heat in large saucepan, stirring constantly until smooth. Add frosting. Cook and stir until thoroughly heated and smooth.

3:  Spread 3/4 cup mixture evenly in bottom of foil-lined pan. Arrange marshmallows over mixture in pan in 6 rows of 6 marshmallows each. Pour remaining mixture evenly over marshmallows. (Immediately add sprinkles if desired.) Refrigerate about 1 hour or until firm.

4:  Remove candy from pan by lifting foil. Cut into squares between marshmallows.

Darlene’s Tips:  I think these strawberry marshmallows would be divine in this recipe!  f you want various colors of “fudge” coating them, you can buy white frosting and add that to the melted white morsels.  Then when melted, pour a bit into a small bowl, tint with a drop of food coloring, then immediately pour that over some of the marshmallows. Not sure, but it might work! I hope I can remember to try this recipe when I have Skylar this summer!
