Please remember that I don’t eat this stuff so I did not make this recipe. I’m just posting so you can try it!

1 bag (16 oz) frozen cooked Italian meatballs, thawed
2½ cups beef flavored broth (from 32-oz carton)

1 can (19 oz) cannellini beans, drained
Optional: shredded Parmesan cheese for garnish
DIRECTIONS:
1: Spray 3- to 4-quart slow cooker with cooking spray. Mix all ingredients in cooker. Cover and cook on Low heat setting 8 to 10 hours. Or you can just mix all the ingredients in a pot and heat on the stove top.
Optional: Garnish individual servings with cheese.

Darlene’s Tips: You can use pinto beans if you prefer, or any beans, or no beans. You could add frozen veggies instead or just have meatball soup. You can sprinkle any shredded cheese on top. Italian blend would be awesome. You can make your own broth by adding any beef bouillon or beef base to water. Better Than Bouillon brand is fantastic and goes a long way!
